Welcome to the website of the Shikun & Binui Group, including Shikun & Binui (the “Company” and the “Website”, respectively), which is used for the operation of student dormitories, including, among others, Safra–Zweig Ein Kerem Dormitories (the “Dormitories”), for students of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and other students studying in the city of Jerusalem (the “University”).
Use of the Website, its content, and the services offered through it is subject to this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) and to the Company’s Terms of Use.
This Policy describes how the Company collects and uses information about dormitory residents (the “User(s)”, “Resident(s)”, “you”), who use the Website and/or the services offered by the Company through the Website (the “Services”), including opening service requests through the Website’s Resident Inquiry System.
Subject to applicable law, the use of information may be shared among companies within the Shikun & Binui Group, and information may be transferred between them as required for their operations and the provision of Services. In addition, information may be transferred to the dormitories’ operating company for the purpose of providing services to residents.
