Accessibility Arrangements – Givat Ram Dormitories Limited Partnership
Shikun & Binui Givat Ram Dormitories Limited Partnership is committed to providing all customers with equal, respectful, accessible, and professional service. Building Accessibility Arrangements
Below are the existing accessibility arrangements at the customer service center located at Givat Ram Dormitories – 1 Professor Rakah Street, Jerusalem. The accessibility arrangements will be finalized and updated once the dormitory building is completed and receives Form 4.
Accessible parking spaces are available, including for high vehicles.
Continuous access from the parking lot through the entrance to the customer service center and up to the service desks (including elevators).
Accessible service desks are available at the customer service center.
Assistive devices such as induction loops for the hearing impaired have been installed.
Accessible restrooms for people with disabilities are available in the building lobby and on various floors.
Identification and directional signage is provided.
Entry to the customer service center is permitted for a service experience intended to assist a person with a disability.
If necessary, service representatives at the desks can assist with filling out forms.

Employee Training for Accessible Service – Training sessions are held to familiarize staff with accessibility, raise awareness, and provide practical tools for delivering accessible service.
